Nigerian singer and songwriter Johnny Drille has joined Coca-Cola Nigeria’s 75th anniversary celebration with a specially produced anthem featuring a 75-member choir.
The project brings together Drille’s lead vocals and the voices of 75 singers, with the size of the choir symbolising the number of years the beverage company has spent in Nigeria.
The song focuses on themes of togetherness, shared experiences and celebration, reflecting the brand’s long association with social gatherings and memorable moments among Nigerians.
Drille’s participation also draws from his background as a former church choir singer before his professional music career. His vocal style and choral experience were incorporated into the anniversary production, giving the project a distinctly Nigerian musical character.
The anthem is part of a wider programme marking Coca-Cola’s 75 years of operations in Nigeria, alongside other anniversary activities and consumer-focused initiatives. The company first established its Nigerian operations in 1951.
